We do weekly synchronize meetings, this helps me to have an clear idea of what should I do next & have feedbacks on what I did last week. Very active and dynamic young person, so it's easy to build relationship with.
Takes a lot of interest in my development, while at the same time giving me a lot of freedom. The company is also well organized with a lot of interesting personalities. It makes it quite interesting to work here.
I really get a high level of freedom in the way I'm working and I'm allowed to work on my own individual project. On top of that I got very good equipment to fulfill my work. I'm overall very satisfied.
