The website is a bit ugly and there are some bugs that have existed a while now.

Great working environment and the choice of working from home or in the office is very practical. there is enough pressure to keep you on your toes but not enough pressure to keep you awake at night which I find a good mix.

I'm very grateful to Thinprint for the flexibility especially during the pandemic when I had to stay at home with the kids as the kindergartens
were shut, I can also change my hours to fit around childcare and whem my hours are up I know I can spend time with my Family with out being expected to check my emails.

My Salary is pretty good , although I would not refuse a pay increase :-)

as a printing company Management is aware that paper comes from trees and ensure they offset that.

I love working with the people here, they are really down to earth people and everyone is equal regardless of job position or department

The age range is good also , there doesn't seem to be a preferred age range at the company , just people who can do the job

My managers have always been very respectful and easy to talk to ,
Feedback goes both ways and is delivered and taken very well and with the best interest of the company in mind with not much ego.

The offices is well equipped although I have worked from home for most of my time here so far.

Communication is good, I have weekly/ bi-weekly meetings
with colleagues and superiors I often will have a spontaneous catch up with colleagues over a coffee.

There is a good mix of different cultures and languages here, very interesting people.
Interessante Aufgaben
I work with the API which has had some very interesting features added recently so I have learned a lot and I see the product getting much better in the near future too.
