Arbeitsatmosphäre ist angenehm, motivierend. Die Mitarbeitenden grüßen sich und suchen auch das Gespräch zu Neuankömmlingen. Die Führungskräfte begegnen den Mitarbeitenden auf einer Ebene. Es existiert kein Druck von oben und jeder ist pflichtbewusst bei seiner Arbeit.
