Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
- absolutely no feedback on what went wrong when issues come up
- being bad at your job has no consequences, though i guess that could be a positive if you're incompetent and dense

- show more transparency towards your frontline employees
- institute streamlined processes and procedures
- introduce RELIABLE, modern hardware and software
