- Create more occasions for social bonding inside the company (e.g. afterworks)
- Communicate more clearly the positive environmental and social impact Tomorrow and its community has on social media.
- Periodically evaluate bolder ideas (i.e. many small improvements, few big bets)
Arbeitsatmosphäre
I tried to get the knowledge I needed to start as soon as possible. With motivation, the right processes in place and proper documentation I was able to be independent faster than I could have ever imagined.
Gehalt/Benefits
In my case the salary reflects the national average, I love the Urban Sports Club benefit and the lower cost for transportation. The salary is always paid in time.

Colleagues are wonderful and exceptional in different ways, there is cohesion in trying to build something different and good for people and the environment.

I see colleagues that have been for many years at Tomorrow covering high positions. I therefore assume that they are valued and promoted accordingly.

The goals are generally clear and the options of future development are openly shared. In my case I am currently not involved in the final decision making, however, I can openly express my opinion.
