My line manager in particular. Very inappropriate, asking me personal questions 90% of our meetings, no idea about my field although I was reporting to her for some reasons. Strong micromanaging behaviour, somehow a bit of a bully, was using the probation period as a threat, incentivized stakeholders to constantly speak in German to me although she knew I could only speak English and expressed my discomfort. There is no supervision of potential toxic managers unfortunately :(
