Once great company which caught a death spiral

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Employing great minds, good product, modern office, great salary, great. colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Management style and knowledge, no transparency towards teams,toxic atmosphere, generic amswers in meetings, not answering directly.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Understand and value people who really create the product, and hold. accountable people who are hiding behind good marketing. Train management properly, create and hold top managment accountable for decisions and operational actions. Increase transparency and show up sometimes and talk to lower structures in order to understand what is going on in the company and how people perceive it. Many are still here just because of the salary.

Not transparent, not up to situation, more image and marketing than operational know-how, typical american waya of show off. Critically susb par management skills. The ones who know their stuff are gone.

Communication is in the form of sudden SF decisions without consultation with teams. Lot of ideas without the traction in real life with the reference to the product.
