Very little social interaction because everyone is scared to not be seen working. HR led parties where 2-3 people attended.
Doesn’t exist. Witnessed HR and leadership decide not to hire someone because they played a lot of sport in the evenings.
People are scared
Almost no older colleagues. Everyone is a expat with no friends and family so there’s no reason to not work 24/7
Childish wanna-be Elon type. 3 brand new office moves in 3 years because was perfect for the CEO. Wasted millions.
Very little strategy coming top down many leaders have no experience
Colleagues, spirit, product, compensation
Chaos, strategy, management
Transparency, giving more value to people really creating the product and not to wishy washy talkers. Hold accountable people creating demand, not let them live in clouds.
Good until some totally strange and sudden twists come from sf office without prior information.
not that great due to the specific product
Read about rules and values
who brings value is promoted
above average salary in europe

Great togetherness within the team
respect all over the stack
Not transparent

Management from sf is just serving the final strange decisions. Management style is sub par.
absolutely
great product
Sehr toxische Atmosphäre die Top-down von Management ankommt.
Durch Sam Altman und Chat GPT bekommen das Unternehmen Interesse von anderen Partnern.
Nichts zu sagen. Einfach Zero.
Niemals sowas erlebt. Null Vertrauen auf allen Ebenen
Aufgabenspektrum ist wirklich divers
Respect, cohesion (team spirit), mission, knowledgable colleagues, relaxed style
Better communication between different hierarchies. some information get lost in translation due to too many obligations, which can later cause misinformation.
All people with the same target, positive attitude all over the place, believer in the product
During the process of interviewing it is clearly explained which style of work is asked for. People work on their own terms, but long hours are not rare. During the time of a stress or short timelines, there is a need to work long hours, but no one is pushing you for that. There are people working from 9 to 5, but there are others who like to work more. You can go out to pick up your kid, or go to the doctor, or make a pause and go to gym during the working hours, but of course the job has to be done since other people depend on you.
If needed, you will get a support in this area.
Company offers great packages.
Great atmosphere btw. colleagues, lot os smart people with interesting lifestyles and backgrounds which supports the culture that the company is striving for.
The HR process is such that the cultural fit seems to be of utmost importance and the communication with the managers are direct with full respect and supportive. My direct manager is open with clear targets but also down to earth.
Top equipped offices with all you need. Fruits, sweets, beverages, food allowance. Modern office, all the equipment needed for the job is there.
Communication in teams is direct, no politics, practical hands-on mentality. Everyone is accountable for his work and is called out for that.
There are no boring tasks here, not at all.
- Exceptional level of expertise and intelligence within the tech team.
- Stimulating work environment conducive to innovation and learning.
- Strong sense of dedication and skill among team members, enhancing project quality.
-Company-wide issues with last-minute decision-making disrupting workflows.

n/a very young team

Also aufpassen wem ihr was sagt.
Kommt drauf an
So verdient kununu Geld.
