Promising company and great work environment
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Fun work environment; you get challenged but in a respectful way; love the collaborative team spirit, passion and energy everyone brings to the table
Work-Life-Balance
Good overall, there are more and less busy times but overall leadership focuses on not burning people out
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Feedback / performance enablement frameworks are built up as we grow
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Exceptionally senior team and strong profiles for company stage, you learn from everyone every day; team is very collaborative and open --> focus is on building the best product and not on pushing own agendas
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Direct collaboration with founders and C-Level --> management values opinion of all employees, irrespective of seniority
Kommunikation
Could always be improved, especially in an early stage, partially remote company but everyone is working a lot on finding ways to improve
Gleichberechtigung
Very diverse team, e.g. lots of female engineers which I have rarely seen so far
Interessante Aufgaben
You get to have a say in building one of the most promising products in the market (from my POV)
