We have a fantastic office in Berlin Mitte with everything you could wish for: height-adjustable desks, meeting boxes, fully equipped meeting rooms, couches and different seating options. There’s also a well-stocked kitchen with a coffee machine, drinks and snacks - and you can even suggest what you’d like to have in the office. Overall, a lot of care goes into creating a comfortable, high-quality work environment where everyone can feel genuinely at home.

What I especially appreciate is the high level of creative freedom: you’re encouraged to bring in your own ideas, build up new initiatives, and develop “your” topics proactively instead of just executing predefined to-dos.
