Der Job ist komplett Remote, also im Home Office

Hört auf eure Kollegen - fast alle sind unzufrieden. Es haben bereits sehr gute Kollegen die Firma verlassen. Es sollte vermieden werden dass noch mehr gehen
Seit Cashforce aufgekauft wurde kündigt TiS viele seiner Mitarbeiter. Momentan wartet jeder auf DEN Tag an dem die Entscheidungen veröffentlicht werden. Es herrscht eine katastrophale Stimmung, weil einfach jeder Angst um seinen Job hat

Kann ich nicht wirklich beurteilen, denke aber gut
Furchtbar - Keine Parkplätze im neuen Office, nunmehr seit Beginn Corona keine Kantine (es wird aber auch kein Ersatz angeboten), andere Niederlassungen bekommen monatlich Essensgeld. Die Kollegen in Heidelberg einfach nicht. Wird unter den Teppich gekehrt. Büro ist immer voll
Im Grunde genommen ist es den Geschäftsführern egal was die Mitarbeiter wollen. Nur den Kollegen in den Manager Positionen wird zugehört

Wie immer wird alles still geschwiegen. Es verschiedene Mitarbeiter und keiner weiss wieso weshalb etc
Schwer, kann kein Muster bei den Kündigungen erkennen
Wiederholt sich immer und immer wieder
In die Entwicklung der Mitarbeiter zu investieren, der Kritik nicht so abgeneigt sein
Es herrscht ein künstlicher Positivismus, über Probleme wird nicht diskutiert
Gut positioniert auf deutschem und niederländischem Markt.
Einige arbeiten 10 Stunden pro Tag, andere haben immer Rechtfertigungen für ihr eigenes Bummeln, die von den Managern geschluckt werden je nachdem, inwiefern sie den Mitarbeiter sympathisch finden. Dann werden diese Rechtfertigungen als „konstruktive Kritik“ vorgegeben. In der Regel sind die fähigen Ressourcen überlastet.
In der Regel werden keine Bildungen angeboten, die meisten Mitarbeiter verlassen die Firma auf der Stelle, wo sie angefangen haben.

Mir ist nicht bewusst, dass die Firma in welchen Umwelt- oder Sozialprojekten involviert ist.
Es gibt sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter aber auch sehr viele, die kaum die eigenen Aufgaben erledigen können, und dafür immer eine Ausrede haben.
Man kann sich nicht beschweren.
Der Vorgesetzte ist immer in der stärkeren Position, Argumente, die er nicht hören will, hört er einfach nicht.
Man hat alles, was man braucht.
Alles muss mit rosa-roten Phrasen beschildert werden, Kritik wird unter den Teppich gekehrt. . Die Team-Meetings sind durch endlose Tiraden von extrem Extrovertierten geprägt, von denen man kaum das Wort ergreifen kann.
Es gibt einen deutlichen Unterschied zwischen Standort Sofia und die Restlichen.
Interessant sind die Jobs für Praktikanten und Leute, die keine Erfahrung im Bereich Zahlungen haben oder für die TIS überhaupt der erste Arbeitgeber ist. Im Laufe der Zeit wird es langweilig. Einen Jobwechsel innerhalb der Firma haben wenige erfahren.
So verdient kununu Geld.
