Duas Rodas Europe (former Tropextrakt) can not be recommended
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The operational approach of Duas Rodas may be effective within the Brazilian market; however, it proves to be unsuitable for Germany and the broader European context. Despite management being aware of ongoing customer dissatisfaction, no meaningful corrective actions have been implemented.
Customers should be aware that the majority of decision-making processes and order-related information are centralized in Brazil, resulting in a time difference of approximately four hours. This creates a significant disadvantage compared to competitors operating locally within Europe.
Overall, communication is in clear need of improvement. Email responses are inconsistent, inquiries often remain unanswered, and direct contact via telephone is largely avoided. It appears evident that customer satisfaction and operational efficiency are not prioritized.
These concerns can be independently verified. For instance, calling the Brazilian phone number listed in the company’s email signature does not provide an English-language option in the automated system. Furthermore, only a limited number of employees at the headquarters possess sufficient English proficiency for effective communication.
Claims regarding the existence of an “Advanced Innovations Center” and a “Logistic Center” in Germany raise further questions. To date, there is no evidence of a functioning logistics department or beverage development unit based in Germany.
