Bad management, the lack of communication & the high number of unqualified people working in IT here.

Hire qualified mangers at least, you don’t hire solutions architects with weak IT background, like business analyst to solutions architect, WOW! no wonder very weak solutions and IT, you just keep letting talents leave the company with no one step to go forward.

Too much stress, usually no one cares for the employees, however the only advertising the employees branding but no real change.

From my experience, some of them will try to use you as much as they can, at the end you are just a number for them, and some of them are good. Usually the hiring process for high position has nothing to do with qualifications, that is the reason why you can find alot of non qualified people here in high positions…

Usually job descriptions have nothing to do with the real job, that’s why I see TUI Infotech as a poor employer.

It depends, you will find nice ones and some who don’t know what softskills are.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
For developers it’s definitely under the market, for non qualified people working in IT, it must be very good for them.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Very poor for the company size, the managers will try to make you stay in your place, no encouraging so that they can keep you there for another 20 years with the same wage.
