The management only manages, there is no leadership:
- Strategy realignment 2 years too late
- No targeted employee and skills development
- Employees are not listened to
- There is no trust in employees
- extremely many hierarchical levels cause slow decisions
At the end associates have to pay for it!
Arbeitsbedingungen
The degree of digitalization is low, i.e. a high level of effort for manual Excel reporting, cumbersome and user-unfriendly tools for time recording, leave requests, CRM, documentation, etc.
Project management methods and PM tools are virtually unknown.
AI tools such as Co-Pilot professional, ChatGPD, Mistral.io etc. are not available.
Kommunikation
There is a lot of management and American blah-blah in town hall meetings (e.g. “we are a great team”), but important work information is not shared. Communication is poor and inadequate.
Unpleasant e-mails are often not answered at all by management, HR payroll accounting etc..
Gleichberechtigung
maybe o.k. , but in Consulting unit women are under-represented
