Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
remote job
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
horrible pay, training period is held by other interns who have no idea how to explain everything
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I did not learn as much as I would have from other internships. There are too many basic tasks and no clear directions. We all did a little of everything even though we were promised certain roles. Very unorganized and all over the place. They don't care about what you could learn but see you only as cheap labor and a means to an end.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Boss does not care about you nor want to teach you or even get into contact with you

Too much miscommunication, no clear direction
