Ventura ticks all the boxes : you get responsibilities and trust, the team is amazing (competent, fun, welcoming), and the management is very good. It can be hard to get in (they are demanding, and they are right too!) but once you're in I bet you will never want out!

Ventura basically is a family. It is so welcoming, helpful and fun! I didn't put the 5th star only because even though everybody speaks English, Spanish is the main shared language on non-work time so it's better if you speak it!

Management in this company is absolutely great. Finally a company that understands that management is not inherent knowledge : managers are trained, and the company makes sure they are aligned with the values.
On minor remark : objectives are very ambitious for most people in the company, it is questionable whether they are realistic.
