The company CEO and its team of Executives are visionary. The first business idea that the company was built on 15 years ago has now been a great success. It's impressive that they don't stop on it but audaciously search for new business possibilities to conquer.
I also felt that in the last months the right positions were open to support this ambition.
It makes the journey in this company very inspiring.

I regret that there's unfortunately no proper equity program, moreover the good things is that there's a system that redistribute part of the yearly benefits to the employees.
Work-Life-Balance
For employees with strong ties to South and Central America there are a lot of facilities to be physically present there. Remote work from there is easy to organize.
In the daily life, ventura TRAVEL invests time and money so employees can have access to sport classes, massages, fresh fruits, weekly meals. There are also informal get together that happen in many occasions.

Anyone in the company has at least 30 minutes a week to discuss its challenges, ambitions, ideas, projects with her or his manager. It's also a good sign that the CEO gives regular training to all managers to improve and discuss challenges relating to management skills.

There's a lot of space to grow! There's also an Expert program where you can have dedicated time to invest a topic valuable for the company that you especially cares about.

Neutral. There are no colleagues older than 45, so we can't really say we have seniors at the company.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
My 3 first years as a Junior in the company I felt that the salary wasn't the strongest argument to work at Ventura Travel. On the other side, the travel possibilities are a great avantage.
