Great team, beautiful office and a real love brand
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
What makes working here really special is the fantastic team and the genuinely supportive work atmosphere. It’s just a great group of people, and our regular team events are always a nice way to connect outside of daily tasks. On top of that, we have a beautiful office space and it’s really motivating to work with such high-quality products that you can truly stand behind.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Internal communication could be optimized to keep everyone on the same page a bit faster. It would also be great to put an even stronger focus on more structured employee development pathways in the future.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very positive and motivating. It's genuinely fun to work with our team every day.
Image
It’s genuinely fun to work here because it's so easy to identify with the brand. People really love our products, and it’s a company you can honestly be proud to work for.
Work-Life-Balance
Great flexibility built on mutual trust. It's easy to balance personal commitments with the job whenever necessary, without any bureaucratic hurdles.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Great opportunities are supported if you show initiative, and people have definitely grown a lot here. Of course, due to our small team size, you shouldn't expect classic corporate career paths, but you still have a good chance to develop yourself dynamically.
Gehalt/Benefits
Salaries are always paid reliably and on time. The overall compensation is reasonable, but as always, there is room for growth.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The general awareness and initiatives are good. The only area where we could probably do more for sustainability is our packaging.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Absolutely exceptional - the best team I have ever worked with. There is 100% mutual support, zero ego and a true team mindset.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The mix of experience and fresh perspective is highly valued.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Honest and respectful. You can always address things directly.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Modern equipment and hands down the most beautiful office ever. At the same time we have the flexibility to work from home, which offers the perfect balance.
Kommunikation
Generally good and open, though the flow of information could sometimes be a bit better.
Gleichberechtigung
Everyone is treated completely equally.
Interessante Aufgaben
Thanks to our small team size, the task spectrum is incredibly broad. You constantly dive into new topics, keep learning every day, and it never gets monotonous.
