That I felt comfortable as an intern from day one because I was accepted as an equal. I was able to continuously educate myself, bring in my own ideas and wishes and had the feeling that I was playing an important role during my time there.

I really don't have any suggestions for improvement for an internship!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very young, international team in which you can quickly make professional and private friendships. Also (or especially) as an intern. You are valued at all times and the young "start-up" atmosphere is a great benefit in addition to the many experiences that you can gain and the contacts that you make.
Kommunikation
Due to the remote work, it is often a bit "annoying" to rely on Microsoft teams in the Open-work-space environment
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The management is very committed to ensuring that all colleagues get to know each other, no matter which department they belong to. There are employee events (often "unofficially" in the form of barbecues or MarioKart/Fifa matches after work) and you are regularly randomly drawn and connected.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My ideas were always heard, I was able to implement a lot and there were no typical "internship tasks". On the contrary: I quickly became a full member of the team. The superiors (regardless of whether in the department or the managing directors) have valued me and my work the whole time and have given me the chance to develop myself.
Interessante Aufgaben
I was there at a good time when some events were taking place. Right from the start I was able to express my wishes in which direction I would like to move and I was also able to work across teams.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The hardware and software provided for working is super clear and makes everyday work easier! The office is also as bright, open and modern as you could wish for.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
I don't know what salary brackets other interns are used to, but in my line of work you're lucky to get anything at all (which is cheeky anyway!). Here I found the wages to be very fair and more than I had expected.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
In my opinion, it is easy to be hired after the internship if you can demonstrate a certain added value during your time in the company. I've met many interns who either stayed or got at least one offer because they did a good job. As simple as that.
