Core personnel was male-only until very recently. Trying to improve gender balance, but at times unable to do so, especially for engineering and development. C-level proved to be open towards constructive criticism.

Open to partial home office. Currently quickly outgrowing the office, will move to a bigger place in summer 2020.

Supportive and understanding for employees with children. Product itself tries to save energy with a green capitalism approach. Open to initiatives like documenting the environmental and social footprint of the product.

Startup without heaps of money, payment is ok, but its a job you should not be doing for the cash only.
