The good one is my boss. He makes things different. That’s the point why i wrote this good feedback.
We also have a lot of breaks and events to enjoy.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Some guys try to take advantage of the company’s kindness and don’t go to work and contribute nothing (probably they’re also the one writing bad reviews here). We really need to recruit more carefully.

Very helpful (within a team), but you can’t ask people to do what belongs to their job/responsibilities if you’re not their boss. Eventually you might carry the responsibility which shouldn’t come to your hand.

Everyone in my team can talk to the boss without feeling “scared”. It’s a foreign company so I also don’t have to face discrimination or nothing toxic like “german are privileged”.
