Sie bezahlen niemanden und spielen mit Leuten.
Okay
Nichts
Some people would work for 10 and others were on an ongoing break
The responsible persons on site were always nice
A typical day at Vinokilo is nothing short of pure chaos—regardless of your position. Whether it's events, marketing, logistics, or warehouse operations, everything is disorganized, with poor communication and no clear direction.
I did learn some things during my time here, mostly thanks to the hardworking and supportive colleagues at the equal and lower levels. However, when it comes to the higher management, there are no words to describe the dysfunction. Titles mean nothing, as employees have no real decision-making power, yet are still held accountable for management’s failures—a pattern that repeats across multiple departments.
The workplace culture is difficult to define. If you look at the higher management and some department heads, it simply does not exist. The values they claim to uphold are far from reality. However, with the regular employees, there was a sense of teamwork, and we at least tried to follow the company’s supposed principles. They not even excluded, but also blocked comments in their Instagram account.
Even for customers, the company lacks everything—I've never seen so many complaints.
Lastly, salaries are neither fair nor paid on time. In my opinion, whether as an employee or a customer, being involved with this company is like putting a nail in your own coffin.
3 starts because most of the emplooyes are super nice, proactive and supportive.
Alles
Travelling and getting to know lots of people
Bad organization
Waaaaay too many hours (10-13h a day)
Bad communication on every level
They ask for too much work for too little money
Insolvency just ended, and already not smart with their money again
Close Business
The diversity and inclusivity is something to remark
The promises and lies you make to people from day one (knowing that you will not fulfill them) and that at the end you always find a way to turn things around for your benefit
You need to learn to separate business and friends, you cannot give the high positions of your company to someone just because is a friend of yours, or because is your family, this is a worm that has been eating your company year by year and you keep giving those “untouchable” people the power of taking the most important decisions since day one, no surprises why the company is in decay
Vinokilo uses the mask of being a “family”, nothing else to add..
Ask any ex-employee and they will have a dark story to tell, no surprise why the staff turnover is high, but of course, social media is used as a mask to pretend things that are not real or true
Normal, eight hours per day, 40 hours per week, home office sometimes possible
Just so called “courses” provided by a family member of the company’s owner
Salaries are low, almost no bonuses or raises, people without preparation in high positions being paid what they do not deserve, hard working people just kept by monthly promises which never ever were fulfilled
Here are two sides, yes, Vinokilo is a sustainable company because of the business line (second hand vintage clothes) but socially and legally there are a lot of lagoons and things the company hides, by this I mean: black work, taking advantage of foreign people because of their visa situation, extremely abusive and bad contracts, lack of permissions to operate in other countries, and people having burn-puts or mental issues because of the company, etc.
Same here, they are opened to hire people from all ages
Head of direction and organisation of events is completely a mess, Human Resources no comments, the only area to rescue is marketing
Office conditions are okay, warehouse conditions are okay, nothing special
If one thing the company lacks, is efficient communication, decisions are made “on the way” by squared minded people without preparation so of course there are no efficient communication channels and thus there is not an efficient communication structure in the company
Something to redeem is the diversity and the respect of this aspect inside the company
Routine and solving things last minute because the lack of planning and organisation, is part of every day
Lage ist okay.
Wenig Selbstreflektion.
No pain, no gain.
Hungerlohn
Keine Ausstattung. Laptop muss der private genutzt werden
Keine Kommunikation zwischen den departments
So verdient kununu Geld.
