Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The German branch is still very much affected by the processes and managers from the UK branch, where the HQ is located, due to it still being very new. This can make things a bit difficult sometimes, as we have to get approvals from a lot of people for even small things. However, as it's getting bigger, the processes are being more optimised as well.
