Arbeitsatmosphäre
Some days can be quiet in the office but I like this as it means a lot of work can get done. Apart from this, the atmosphere is great and I feel comfortable around everyone I work with.
Kommunikation
Company comms is great and I always feel like I am looped in on everything happening in the business. Teams comms is also good, weekly meetings and weekly 121s with my manager mean I am building relationships all the time.

Yes my colleagues work well together and pride ourselves on direct and honest communication. This works well and has built up trust both inside and outside of the team.
Work-Life-Balance
I couldn't ask for a better work-life balance. VIRTUS offers working from home and the option to go to the office on additional days. They also offer flexible working hours which is great.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The senior staff I have met and worked with so far have been good to work with. They come across well and don't make it obvious that they're senior in the company which I like.

Yes I am always given interesting tasks by my manager and others. This has helped me to further develop some skills that I didn't realise I'd have the opportunity to develop when I first joined.

The working conditions in the office are great, we are given laptops and 2 screens/mouse/keypad. We're also offered these things for when we're working from home.

I can't complain about the salary or benefits. Both are good and we also offer annual bonuses and annual salary reviews. The benefits are being reviewed constantly to ensure colleagues are receiving a competitive package.
