The atmosphere is nice, people are helping, most TLs are open for ideas.

Company shifts toward full-time office work although noone except of management wants it.

Meetings are being done, feedback from teams taken and in the end noone cares about it and the opposite is being made. Decisions never get clarified (only corporate buzzwords).

Interessante Aufgaben

The tasks are quite interesting, the workload is mostly on good level. There is possibility for new side tasks.

In regards to the feedback and overall decisions, we do have multiple ways of getting feedback. We do care very much about what our employees think about different aspects of employee satisfaction and engagement. For this reason, we do have yearly engagement surveys and regular feedback forms to get more and more insights. Accordingly, we have implemented many changes that lead to excellent results considering the overall good of the company. That is, while we cannot take 1 by 1 personal preference, we do take decisions on a global and company-wide scene. When it comes to remote working, we are happy to acknowledge that we do have a remote working policy in place, and that effectively, we widely allow our employees to work remotely.
