There were times where I learned a lot from my work.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Exclusion of working students completely from all events and making them feel they are not on the level to be invited to any events.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Just treat all employees with fairness. Dont make your working students feel belittled by such bad management heads. Being an international and facing the insults brings a huge toll on anyone with my background.

Equal treatment of all employees regardless of their background or level across the company hierarchy, is part of our core values and something we expect of each and every team member. Therefore, any kind of insults that come to our attention, will not be tolerated.
Regardless if someone is a working student, full-time employee or leader across our group, we aim to treat everyone with the same respect and kindness. Because of this our working students are well-appreciated members of our team and regular participants of get-togethers like summer or christmas parties.
