It depends always on the team you are working. But normally each person starts and ends according to the time slots of the team. There is no "Gruppenzwang". You can take vacation time, whenever you want.

It depends on the supervisor you get (that is why I only rated 2 stars). Some are real leaders, motivators and you get involved in decisions. In this case goals are clear defined and aligned.

I think the highest level a woman can reach in this company is team leader.
