Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Don't offer full-time contracts. Wage is very low (around minimum wage). Expected to be on-call to teach anytime and anywhere. Part-time contracts feel like full-time hours as travelling to off-sites are not counted as working hours nor paid. Have to pay for your own work visa. Adminstrative tasks must be done in your own (unpaid) freetime. Suggestions for improvements are not welcomed. Class planning is chaotic and the better classes/times are given to teachers' that manager is "friendly with".

Fair pay for teacher's please.
Focus less on selling/marketing and more on improving the product (e.g. more relevant, up-to-date teaching materials, fix problems with digital books)
Air-conditioning please.
Please ensure managers assign classes/class times fairly and not give preferences to their "friends".
