Bild DIR eine eigene Meinung! The pandemic situation frustrated many people. Here you can grow up if you want!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Here is enough place for everybody who like and want to work.
Image
I'm shaken that actually the company is dogged by a poor image because of some frustrated and non professional reviews.
Work-Life-Balance
Corona-Pandemic. Home Office was for the most of us not a problem. On the contrary as an loyal worker, I will leave the company because of a better perspective for the future in my own country and feel sure, that I will work for the WMS as partner and am glad to say that.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I can repeat that you have to "Bild dir eine EIGENE Meinung" I'm leaving the company by knowing that I'll continue my work with WMS and be an enrichment the company and myself.
Gehalt/Benefits
Above average. You enjoy the benefit and get a Job-ticket without long discussions. Here is enough water, drinks (non alcoholic) and coffee for us. Often you see early in the morning for us Fruits, some Nuts and Chocolate too. The CEO and team care of each-other.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
we increased!
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Most of the colleagues are very nice and future-optimistic. They like to force the vision of consistent and productive work-atmosphere. With not to forget their principes. If you are not a loner you're welcome here.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
no comment. Bild DIR eine eigene Meinung!
Arbeitsbedingungen
I worked in other countries too. WMS is fulfilling every standards for Germany and obeys laws, let you take breath outside of the bureau and take care of your problems. This is the most important.
Kommunikation
The communication with CEO and the colleges works good.
Gleichberechtigung
I fully agree
