There are great opportunities for learning, since you get to work with seasoned professionals and clients from various industries. All projects are different, which keeps the work interesting.
One thing that definitely separates wdp is the culture and the people. There is little hierarchy, and everyone is treated as equals. The team is very tight-knit, and the atmosphere is both supportive and friendly.
Occasionally you will work longer hours due to tight deadlines, but the work-life balance is generally very good. wdp is also flexible when it comes to working remotely.
Last but not least, the office is great: modern and centrally located.
