Es wird viel Besprochen aber eigentlich ist es so viel geredet aber nichts gesagt.
Man hat Gleit Zeit aber nur dort wo es geduldet wird. Sonst kommen gleich Sprüche was man eigentlich gemacht hat.
Wie sagt man so schön Nasenfaktor. Leider einige mit sehr viel Luft nach oben an Stellen die sie besser anders Besetzt haben sollten. Menschlichkeit gibt es in manchen Abteilungen nicht wirklich. Hauptsache der Vorgesetzte glänzt.
Aufgabenbereich war sehr vielfältig und auch Intressant.
War mal deutlich besser. Jetzt geht es nur noch um Zahlen der Mensch zählt nichts mehr. Viele Langjährige Mitarbeiter verlassen fluchtartig den Betrieb und die Gründe sind offensichtlich.
