War mal deutlich besser. Jetzt geht es nur noch um Zahlen der Mensch zählt nichts mehr. Viele Langjährige Mitarbeiter verlassen fluchtartig den Betrieb und die Gründe sind offensichtlich.

Wie sagt man so schön Nasenfaktor. Leider einige mit sehr viel Luft nach oben an Stellen die sie besser anders Besetzt haben sollten. Menschlichkeit gibt es in manchen Abteilungen nicht wirklich. Hauptsache der Vorgesetzte glänzt.
