There was never a day when I couldn't have asked the bosses: where is our journey taking us? The path is clearly mapped out, the important details are communicated. Of course, there are also things that only the management knows about. In my opinion, that's completely normal and legitimate.
After all, you know the chatterboxes who peddle internal information and cause damage to the company. It's better if they don't have to talk.

I am impressed by the openness and spirit of most colleagues. Cohesion and positive thinking bring us all forward.
