At least the corona situation is handled moderate. The leaders seem to care.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
They don´t even try to be professional. The top management is far from reality. They have great visions, but unfortunately, the most important persons are too emotional and not businessmen with experience, which of course all employees can see. Decisions are revised, depending on the mood and the influence of external overpaid gurus and mental leaders who obviously have more influence on the thoughts and finances than they should.
Negative or critical opinions are labeled as incapable. Only those who cheer and yell “YES!” get a big smile and a pat on the shoulder in return. The atmosphere doesn’t get any better with party and alcohol. NO SUGAR became the rule in the company, yet alcohol is present daily on the desks.

Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are terrible. Especially the 3rd floor is as loud as a dog kennel. Working desks less than 2 meters in front of the toilets. Most office chairs do not meet the requirements for 6-8 working hours, and the health and safety guidelines for working places are completely ignored. What´s ergonomic? None seems to know.
