Supportive environment with a lot of flexibility and responsibility

The working atmosphere is very good, with a friendly and supportive team. People treat each other with respect, and there’s a strong sense of appreciation in day-to-day collaboration. From my experience, leadership is built on trust and open, transparent communication on equal footing. There is a very low fluctuation, with many who started straight after university and have stayed with the studio for over six years or more.
One of the biggest strengths is the high level of flexibility in everyday work. A large part of the team works a 4-day week, and options like workations or sabbaticals are actively supported and usually made possible.
The benefits are solid: 30 days of vacation, a yearly learning budget of €1,500, as well as offerings like JobRad and Wellpass. On top, hybrid work, regular strategy days, and team events.
You have the opportunity to actively shape your role, learn new things, and work with modern technologies. There is a strong focus on continuous development, especially in the area of AI, across all roles. At the same time, this level of ownership and constant development is very much expected - you need to be proactive, motivated, and comfortable driving your own growth. If you’re not willing to actively explore new tools, share knowledge with the team, and take initiative, this might not be the right environment for you.
It’s also worth being aware that this is a project-driven environment. Especially in client-facing roles, you should feel comfortable presenting and actively guiding clients. In my role, it’s not unusual to manage more than five projects in parallel, which can lead to a high mental load and stressful periods. Time tracking is part of everyday work, and there is a strong expectation around maintaining high billability.
