Worst management you can imagine

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

A handful of peaople are really great and likeable.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

- Lying and Deception
- Bad salary that will not change
- below-average vacation days
- No will to change even if it ruins the business
- Not listening, at all
- Worst management you can imagine
- a Meme-Roadmap that changes every two weeks (maybe read up on what a roadmap is supposed to be)
- Loud office that is always chilly in winter and always hot in summer (if you can get to the office at all, since it is not central at all)
- everything must be the cheapest possible, but performance must be top (thats what management actually thinks should be happening)

and so much more.
Let me warn you, if you are not planning to use this company as a stepping stone and plan to change jobs after max. 2 years. Do not bother with this company.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Get new mangers that know their stuff and maybe try to consider the voices of the staff so they can learn a thing or two about the daily business.
Do not talk about how everything is resolved and we will have a good business in 5 to 10 years if the business is burning down right now....

Arbeitsatmosphäre

5 years ago it was really good. Then they fired over half of the staff since the mismanaged the money of the investors. This continued until the day i was booted out.

Kommunikation

communication with the own team was very good. Cross team was already not that good anymore, but with management it was horrible and one sided (talk down and dont listen to the staff)

Own team was great. Cross team was already bad. Management does not work together with anybody.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

the mentality for almost every manager can be described as: Dont listen, blame others, never think far into the future and they dont really care. It seems like they just want to get their work experience in a management position so they can get another job.

i would say, yes since Nobody gets anything. You want more money after3 years with the same salary? Nah they are just going to ignore you until you threaten to leave the company and only if they are not able to distribute your workload to your colleagues, they offer to raise it a little bit.

The location of the Munich office is really bad. Also the office has one of the worst "open space concepts" i have ever witnessed.

No inhouse training. No money for training whatsoever. You can only climb the ladder if the person that did the job
