Gotten toxic over the last years. Team departments work in silos. Zero long term strategy. Absolutely no accountability.

The colleagues are amazing but a lot of seniors and long term employees have left the company

Management listens to no feedback. Decisions are taken lightly and with zero consideration in mind what the consequences will be. Outsourcing partners have been cut without any plan how assets production will continue.

That part is great. You get everything you need.
Kommunikation
Couldn’t be worse. For example employees survey is not showing good results, big percentage of people want to leave the company. Solution- we get rid of the survey. Problem solved.
