Good morning and thank you for your review. As every extremely negative review like this one, it is clear that, compared to other reviews, your response is more of a revenge-full than realistic.

As we continue to adjust to changes in the industry, requirements of our client, and limited abilities SMEs have, we do our best to he as transparent as possible with our employees, explaining in most cases why decisions are made.

When it comes to “promotion”, please be aware that 90% of our managers are promoted drivers, where more drivers have moved to long haul with our support and at least one of our employees has started their own DSP. It takes more than “just being present” to flag for promotion, and it seems like you did not flag up.

Yes, we try to treat everyone the same based on their performance, and yes, compared to other similar companies - we offer more than good bonuses for the hard work you do every day, and we continue to fight for better conditions for our drivers, who, them selves, are also responsible for the state of our fleet, general atmosphere and wellbeing.
