Huge Potential almost not used.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Preferential treatment for Russian employees. No involvement of teams for new developments or group think processes. Strictly top down approach.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Create a sales and customer oriented approach and follow this approach. More involvement of manufacturers outside China in order to get less dependent of China. Hire the most qualified candidate and not those who will follow orders. Hire more technical trained people for Production management and sourcing.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
So so. Within the team it is good, but outside the own team... Despite company internal management trainings which suggest group think for finding the best solution, there is a strict top down approach. This is probably due to the cultural background of the Russian leadership. In general you can see a strong preferential treatment of Russian colleagues.
Kommunikation
Decisions are always announced after they have been decided. There is no team involvement. Often new developments you have to find out for yourself.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Mostly strong within the own team, but apart from that almost not existent.
Work-Life-Balance
This is depending on the department you are working in: A lot of people are working from the home office which gives a lot of freedom if you are good with your direct supervisor. But some of the Russian managers are expecting a huge load of working hours - the more the better, which I heard for myself.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Strictly top down, not for the team.
Interessante Aufgaben
My work is super interesting but very often the company does not show the possibilities due to "internal rules" which are only there so certain managers can show their power.
Gleichberechtigung
Between sexes - probably yes, there is equality. But There are Russians and the rest, so there is strong preferential treatment.
Arbeitsbedingungen
For me, in general good in terms of my personal work space. But on the bigger picture it is super hard. Change is only possible if you have some Russian manager on your side.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Hardly if any there. People can be replaced and nearby production is unheard of.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
You can step up the career ladder if you are Russian or willing to strictly follow orders from above.
