I have been working with Yalwa for the last 4 months since July 2019. I was directly recruited from India. Overall, my experience working with Yalwa is amazing.
The HR department was extremely helpful starting from getting a VISA, things to do in Germany (opening bank account, city registration, health insurance, etc.,).
This start-up atmosphere is full of positive and experienced colleagues. The whole team is always ready to try out new things and find the pros and cons of it. Every colleague is willing to listen to the new team members and their opinion. Very international.
Yalwa is young and energetic. Flat hierarchy and follows open door policy. Very helpful. I enjoy every day working in Yalwa. I learn new every day here. My opinion matters even in choosing which game should we play in our next team event. I am looking forward to having a great learning and happy experience here.
