Great company culture and very cozy atmosphere in the Berlin office and team!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Lots of attention is given to the employees. My supervisor is highly interested and takes care of my well-being in the company by regularly checking it and taking action for everything that can support me.
In general, the atmosphere is pretty dynamic, with a very positive energy, and a common wish to work well together.

I do not hear anyone complaining about the company or the management. I really perceive that everyone feels part of the company.
Work-Life-Balance
The workload is coherent with your working hours, and there is a good understanding of time shifts because of personal reasons. Working time is pretty (but not completely) flexible: as in any other company, you must be present at meetings, which are scheduled at comfortable times, though.
It is a marketing agency; therefore, there is some inflexibility because of it. Working with clients, you have to adapt to their availability, too, when it comes to meeting with them. I rated this with 4/5 stars, which means it is really good: just this last point does not make it a 5/5!
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There is a real flat hierarchy. This means that if you look for vertical growth (from specialist to leader), you should consider that the chances are pretty limited.
You can learn a lot from the client variety, grow in your role (from Junior to Senior), and potentially switch to different specialisation roles.
Gehalt/Benefits
I think that my salary is well aligned with the market and my responsibilities.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are nice and respectful, and when a misunderstanding arises, usually the interested people address it directly and have a solution-oriented conversation to easily fix it.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Probably only a few are in their 40s, which, I assume, is the oldest range in Yellowgrape.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My supervisor has a great attitude toward me: they are open and share their feedback whenever they should.
They are always available to give me guidance when I do not know how to tackle a situation/task, and I can really see that they are committed to making me feel and work at my best.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office in Berlin has everything you need. It is bright, it has great heating, and a refreshing (A/C) system. We work on MacBooks and have everything we need in terms of technology. The company really cares about giving you the needed tools.
Kommunikation
The management and Finance regularly share the company-performance figures and always give explanations to the employees regarding their choices.
Gleichberechtigung
Women (and mothers) are in management roles. I do not see any difference in treatment/behaviour according to gender.
Interessante Aufgaben
My job is really fulfilling my learning expectations and is full of variety.
This is also a perk of working in an agency: you work with many different companies and can never get bored!
