The management and Finance regularly share the company-performance figures and always give explanations to the employees regarding their choices.
Colleagues are nice and respectful, and when a misunderstanding arises, usually the interested people address it directly and have a solution-oriented conversation to easily fix it.
The workload is coherent with your working hours, and there is a good understanding of time shifts because of personal reasons. Working time is pretty (but not completely) flexible: as in any other company, you must be present at meetings, which are scheduled at comfortable times, though.
It is a marketing agency; therefore, there is some inflexibility because of it. Working with clients, you have to adapt to their availability, too, when it comes to meeting with them. I rated this with 4/5 stars, which means it is really good: just this last point does not make it a 5/5!
