Work-Life-Balance
I'm still adjusting to working from home and getting used to the "green eye" on Slack! There is the option to work a 4 or 4.5 day week (with the corresponding salary) if you want, which is very unusual.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
It might be possible to have wider career options in a larger company, I have worked for plenty of these, but I doubt the work and company environment would be as interesting.
Gehalt/Benefits
I could earn more back in a global player, but I would not have all of the above and am happy with the balance of everything. Will be interested to see what happens with inflation.
