A honest and good company.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
It is an honest company. I worked there for 7 years and never felt disrespected or out of the loop regarding the company’s activities.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Dont grow too fast again. Slow down a bit and focus on the company culture.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Always respectful and friendly, despite the regular challenges that every company faces.
Kommunikation
We literally had trainings from the founder and CEO on how to always communicate respectfully with each other. I learned more about communication skills at Zamann than during my entire school time. :-)
