Effective communication is key in Zamann. People are polite and they clearly tell you what needs to be done. There are multiple ways for communication: verbal, text message, documentation, meetings, etc.

The culture of Zamann only accepts people that are really clear and good in their communication and they tried their best to create a cohesive. I never encountered an issue here.
