Als fast Mindestlohnempfänger wird man meinem Empfinden nach auch nur als solcher behandelt. "Und wenn ICH dir sage, das du z.B. im Kreis herumfahren sollst, hast du dies auch zu tun", war die Aussage eines "Fahrdienstleiters". Konstruktive Kritik nicht erwünscht! Sonst z.B. eine Titulierung wie: "Zähler von Erbsen"...( Anderer "Fahrdienstleiter").

6 Monate Kündigungsfrist(spricht für sich). Urlaub im Sommer nur nach schwierigster Abstimmung mit Kollegen, und auch nur unvollständig möglich! Regelmäßige gemeinsame Rauchpausen zum Teambuilding (LOL).

Negativ, wie beschrieben. In der Führungsebene(bei mir war es die kaufmännische Leitung und deren "Assistenz") werden die sogenannten "Fahrdienstleiter" anscheinend NICHT kritisiert.
