Waste is getting separated (even though people here are writing that waste is not separated?). However, it would be cool if there were some innovative solution (point to improve here).
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
We have very young and older colleagues - there is no difference made. Before Corona, we all sat together in the evenings, had some drinks and it was simply fun.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
What I experienced is that Managers are super fair, empathic and on eye-level. I truly appreciate it and enjoyed support from the whole Management and other Managers so far. You can reach them anytime and they are always willed to discuss your ideas and insights.
