Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Very interesting tasks, constantly new tools/processes are being implemented, so it's simply never boring.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Some parts of work are still not enough structured, some deadlines are communicated too late, there are too many things that need to be prepared ASAP - it creates unnecessary stress factor.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Some goals are so unrealistic to achieve, you just know from the start it's simply not possible. So it gets frustrating at times. Some high-level managers need a reality check ;)

Arbeitsatmosphäre

In terms of company culture - by far the best company I have worked for so far! Everyone seems to have a very positive attitude towards work and life.

Kommunikation

As in all young companies, communication could definitely be improved on some parts, but I wouldn't call it a critical issue.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Everyone is extremely helpful, loyal and seems to be generally interested in you and your personal life. Really feels like a family at times.

Work-Life-Balance

Generally work-life-balance at EverEstate is quite good - of course there are some difficult times, when there is a strict deadline and you have to stay longer at work, but you can always leave work earlier the next day or some other day.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Some managers ae quite emotional and there is sometimes some unnecessary drama at work (which I find unprofessional), but all issues are quickly being resolved and we just move on.

Interessante Aufgaben

Definitely! It's all on your hands, though. No one will serve it to you on a golden platter - you have to find it yourself and sometimes also fight for it. But this is a good practice and a good learning tool.

Gleichberechtigung

There are a lot of very smart women working in this company, but let's face it - the C-Level is all white men. There could be some improvement done. Thankfully the CEO is a feminist and he strongly supports women.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

With the average employee age of 30-35 years there are not many older colleagues, but regardless of the age everyone is treated with he same respect.

Arbeitsbedingungen

After some redecorating in the last few months the office looks much nicer and it's a pleasure to work at.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

The usual stuff is being done here, maybe getting rid of water in plastic bottles would be a good improvement.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

Probably not the highest paying company on the market. But a lot depends on your negotiation skills.

Generally everyone has a positive image about the company.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Again, a lot depends on you - you need to ask your boss. What is missing is transparency on what kind of Weiterbildungs options we can have.

You describe in great detail that there’s a lot going on at EverEstate. We’re still a relatively young company and therefore quite dynamic. It does happen that some things have to be implemented on short notice. Usually, this is only because we set ourselves very high goals and always strive for excellence.
