Complete disregard for people’s boundaries. It’s clear that this has been the culture of the company for many years now. Lots of stress and LOTS of manipulation.

No clear communication or no guidance from management. Very immature and unethical people running this place, always turned passive aggressive at any kind of feedback. Zero capacity to evaluate their actions. Zero intention for improvement and NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
Work-Life-Balance
No balance. The leaders of the company, think that because they pay your salary they own you. Plus there’s barely compensation for extra time.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
No ability for conflict resolution. Upper management is a joke, no real understanding on how to lead or treat people half-decently. Seemingly putting all their efforts at creating more problems than solutions. GASLIGHTING was invented by the CEO.

No respect towards workers. Its a complete FRAUD. Management constantly complains about personal problems and has no sense of
responsibility or diligence. Expect sympathy from workers while creating horrible conditions. TOXIC envoirnment. UNPROFESSIONAL, INAPPORPRIATE.
