As you can see in the other reviews many people in the sales team feel like they are not listened to and therefore a more open and receptive structure for voicing concerns and demands is called for.
I encourage anyone with an open mind to join Zizoo who is willing to put themselves into the company. I do not see micromanaging as mentioned before.

Amidst the challenges the standout positive was the remarkable unity among colleagues. The team stuck together, making the workplace a bit brighter despite its flaws.
As everyone else said, the colleagues are the best part of this company. It is fun to hang out with them and also I had a lot of fun during my working time. This is the only reason it felt bittersweet leaving.
A lot of good people left in 2020 which was really sad, but indeed the colleagues tere are top and I always appreciated the fact that I could trust them.
I love my colleagues, I meet them after work and we all make each other feel like there is something else apart from this job.

Promises are empty, leaving employees drowning in disappointment and frustration. Transparency is nonexistent, revealing undisclosed depths that leave employees unpaid, their hard-earned income trapped in the shadows often involves dealing with lawyers, transforming the simple act of payment into a legal battle.
No clear communication or no guidance from management. Very immature and unethical people running this place, always turned passive aggressive at any kind of feedback. Zero capacity to evaluate their actions. Zero intention for improvement and NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
No idea what they are doing
There are weekly updates on the progress of the company. Unfortunately, management likes to avoid uncomfortable questions, therefore it does not seem genuine.
The initial description of the position was for an employment. After the application process, they told me that all they could offer for the first month was a freelance relationship, in-house. They didn't come forward by the end of this first month. I had to ask about my employment, and they asked me to work another month as an in-house-freelancer

"Fast paced environment" has never been so wrong
It could be more stars, but the way people are promoted is just unclear. It seems based on personal relationships rather than skills. Also there are no trainings or workshops. Little investment for growth.
I see no development. The platform is great but I don't see any chance to grow or any opportunity to promote. Zizoo is also not as digital as it claims to be.
I forsee the boat sinking. I love the business model but I dislike the leadership management, concretely in OPS.
Qualified people: dont get trick by the positive reviews. This company is not complying with employee rights and furthermore, they do not value their employees. Many people left and I was the last to receive this information.
