nichts
CFO und CEO sollten entweder in Gefängnis sein oder keine Beziehung mit Businesses haben. Stay away!!!
ich würde null eintragen aber das ist nicht möglich
Your colleagues and the overall concept.
The management and all the mistrust and gossip.
Invest in your employees - they are the ones who help the company survive. Rethink your entire management. Invest in digitalizing your product.
There is little trust towards the leadership and a lot of pressure on every team member. Sometimes it creates really toxic dynamics. Managers need to go back and learn now to actually manage and motivate people. Hire and fire is not the right way to go. There is also public praise for individual, but usually this is reserved for people who are close to the management "core", it seems dishonest.
Sometimes the company is mentioned in articles, so I guess it is positive from the outside? Many people on the inside do not talk too well about the company, as they are frustrated with the management. Others love it.
Non existent. People who are not working overtime are seen as lazy. People are working from their vacation. You can never really relax. Working 100% although in Kurzarbeit, there is nothing else to add.
It could be more stars, but the way people are promoted is just unclear. It seems based on personal relationships rather than skills. Also there are no trainings or workshops. Little investment for growth.
Far below average for most of employees. Others receive way too much for the poor work they do. Bonus is not achievable for most people.
Not really eco friendly.
As everyone else said, the colleagues are the best part of this company. It is fun to hang out with them and also I had a lot of fun during my working time. This is the only reason it felt bittersweet leaving.
There are not older team members. Experienced team members leave after a short time. This company is a better place for young people with little experience.
The biggest problem in the company. The leaders are clueless and uninspiring. They lack good ideas and they compensate problematic times with micro management and threats. They should not be people managers.
Equipment was sufficient. Nothing special.
There are weekly updates on the progress of the company. Unfortunately, management likes to avoid uncomfortable questions, therefore it does not seem genuine.
The CEO is female, but the rest of upper manager all men.
It is a good concept and if you go the extra mile (more work) you can also change things.
People around are as helpless as I was and searching for a better opportunity. Most of us depend on international permits, that is the reason why we stayed for so long.
Managers should go back to school and learn that fellowship really means.
Don't try to make it up by writing unnecessary fake reviews. Change your managers and start being compliant.
Agree with everyone else. Colleagues are absolutely friendly and international. Easy to make friends.
Seems a fairytale and is more like a nightmare from inside.
Managers: they never learn. No matter how many complaints they have received for the past years. It looks like you don't have to deserve the position as long as you have a "fake" "good" relationship with the "CORE". That core is as mentioned by someone else before: rotten.
Qualified people: dont get trick by the positive reviews. This company is not complying with employee rights and furthermore, they do not value their employees. Many people left and I was the last to receive this information.
I love my colleagues, I meet them after work and we all make each other feel like there is something else apart from this job.
Kurzarbeit was dodgy and everyone working there knows what I am talking about.
great work environment
Staff retention
Most employees are under 40 years old.
Perfect for high performers and driven people. Decision making is very fast and you can have huge impact very early if that's what you're after. Innovation: Zizoo aims to digitilize an entire industry, following the steps of the hotel industry 10-15y ago. Potential: the company is growing fast and awesome talents are joining from larger big tech companies in oreder to be at the ground level of a cool company. Laid-back friendly culture. Benefits: Remote work, unlimited vacations, company boat trips.
Still typical cons of a small startup: some clunky processes and understaffed teams. Like for all travel-tech companies, covid has been rough. Although now the worst feels definitely behind.
Continue staffing the tech team with high-quality talents. Improve the recruitment process.
Colleagues and team spirit
Lack of management skills and toxic company core
Toxic company culture implemented by upper management. "Lower" team leads either protect their team and take the costs for it or don't care about their team at all.
People are treated like machines instead of human beings. It is urgently needed to not only pretend to worry about the employee's health, but to really do something for it. Exerting pressure on each other is supported by management, instead of working together efficiently as a team.
Low, even for a "Start-Up". Bonuses are calculated on targets that are almost impossible to achieve.
Very underdeveloped environmental plan regarding the company's age.
As everyone says, the colleagues are the best. So many talents and loyal people, unfortunately not appreciated.
"Young blood" is preferred, "older" colleagues (30) mostly leave voluntarily
Communication and transparency are really poor. Suggestions and ideas are taken as criticism and not welcome.
Very monotonous, personal development is not taken into account.
I like that my ideas were taken into account.
I see no point in working here anymore, too much chaos and no room to improve.
Please listen to your employees, not just to the team leads. They are the reason fo r the many unsatisfactory reviews.
Micromanagement in OPS. I agree with most of the people who acknowledged micromanagement in operations. It has not improved. Very pushy and KPIs are not reachable. Employees are now leaving after few months, feels a bit unstable.
It is hard to have a balance when 40 hours a week are related to chaos.
They are taking it seriously, they recycle and the building looks nice and clean. Perfect location.
I see no development. The platform is great but I don't see any chance to grow or any opportunity to promote. Zizoo is also not as digital as it claims to be.
I forsee the boat sinking. I love the business model but I dislike the leadership management, concretely in OPS.
Behind your back, they are very communicative.
No straightforward style.
To be fair , I am not unhappy with my compensation. In fact, last year they were open to negotiate.
I am happy because no one treats each other differently because of the gender or nationality and this is what I enjoy the most.
The work environment is fantastic and the team events are great. If you come to the office you get rewarded with a great atmosphere and a lovely, international team.
Work on communication, transparency and wages. Then Zizoo can be great, not just as an idea but as a company!
I think that communication and work-life balance have to be a focus for the company
As you can see in the other reviews many people in the sales team feel like they are not listened to and therefore a more open and receptive structure for voicing concerns and demands is called for.
I encourage anyone with an open mind to join Zizoo who is willing to put themselves into the company. I do not see micromanaging as mentioned before.
As a sales agent I genuinely like the energy in the office and how we celebrate every booking no matter how big or small
Could be improved but currently it's very okay. Good ideas are actually appreciated and sometimes can lead to results
Could definitely be improved especially a public transport subsidy
Emphasized during team meetings
I adore my colleagues and many of them have become close friends
We get snacks, can request drinks we like and the office manager is very receptive
Communication is definitely a point where Zizoo can improve and processes and developments should be more clear
International people and good location.
Micromanagement and mobbing.
Too late to improve. Especially when the core is rotten.
It is like a gangster band. When it comes to the management team , no one is even close to be professional. You need to have friends in high places or forget about your career.
They want to project a healthy image but the reality is far away from it.
Most of my colleagues are currently searching for a better company.
Stick to your colleagues. They are for sure the best you can find here.
Null Kommunikation. Passive-aggressive.
Mediocre salaries. For both genders.
The task would be ok if you wouldn't be micromanaged and pressured to achieve the unachievable.
International energetic people. It is a pity they do not value this enough.
The ones abandoning the company are criticized and no self-analysis has ever been done. The blame on the ex- employees it is still present. Shouldn't you evaluate why so many people have left already?
Kurzarbeit should have been communicated transparently and be compliant with employees rights.
International environment, great mood colleagues and positive energy
The image they are trying to build is very far from what they represent as a company.
No work-life balance. Extra hours and extreme pressure. KPI´s = based on unrealistic numbers.
Management could not be less prepared. No leadership manifested and unluckily too many are quite immature at work .
No growing expectations to me/ many of my colleagues.
I will give 3 stars here, as some people said before: this is the reason most of us are still working here.
The communication is very poor (in general). Our goals (especially at the sales team) are completely unrealistic and the expectations of growth are not based on real numbers. They want to believe they will turn out to be one of the greatest european startups but they have forgotten to behave professionally towards any of the employees.
So verdient kununu Geld.
